Composition of CSR Committee

At present, the CSR Committee of the Company comprises of following members:

CSR Policy Extract

The Company has formed a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee for framing and implementing CSR activities with an objective to endeavor to reduce our impact on the environment through a commitment to continual improvement; and pay back to the society. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee is responsible for the implementation of CSR policy and to make the necessary resources available to realise the same. The CSR Committee has framed a CSR policy comprising of Broad Guidelines of the Company to integrate the shareholders expectation to core activities and translate them into business opportunities possible.
